Wellard Rural Exports Pty Ltd
Wellard Rural Exports Pty Ltd proposes to construct and operate a beef cattle pre-quarantine export yard facility at Livingstone, approximately 35km south south east of Darwin, Northern Territory.
The Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) decided that the Integrated Live Export Facility required assessment under the Environmental Assessment Act at the level of Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
The making of the Assessment Report and providing it to the Minister for the Environment marks the completion of the examination of the EIS by the NT EPA.
