Grant Acquittal

Grant funding must be acquitted by the date agreed in the funding agreement. Note: Organisations that have outstanding acquittals are not eligible for further grant funding. If you are unable to complete your acquittal by the agreed date contact the grants manager on (08) 8924 4002.

Project Grants and School Grants

Acquittals for grants must be done online using the Grants Tracker system. Once your project is approved in the Grants Tracker system a "Reporting and Acquittal' tab will appear. In this section you will be able to report against the grant obligations as agreed in the funding agreement. For a step by step guide on how to acquit online refer to our acquittal guide.

CDS Infrastructure Grants

For grants awarded using the paper based applications, acquittal documents will be sent to successful applicants when issued with the funding agreements. When the change is made to online applications, acquittals will also need to be completed online.

Completed paper based acquittals may be submitted by one of the following methods:
