The NT Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) has released new guidance to assist proponents undertaking environmental impact assessments.
The General Guidance for Proponents Preparing an Environmental Impact Statement has been developed to advise proponents about the NT EPA's expectations for the generic information that is required, and the structure, standards and protocols that are expected to be used by a proponent preparing an EIS.
This guidance complements proposal-specific Terms of Reference, which are the specific matters unique to an individual proposal.
