The NT EPA has published guidance for its Environmental factor: Atmospheric processes. This guidance has been developed to outline when and how the NT EPA’s Environmental factor: Atmospheric processes, will be considered in an environmental impact assessment process under the Environment Protection Act 2019. It also provides advice on when to refer a proposal based on greenhouse gas emissions.
