The NT EPA completed its assessment of the Mathison Station Land Clearing action proposed by Pancho Beef. Assessment report 105 PDF (976.9 KB) (including a draft environmental approval) was provided to the Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Water Security on 16 November 2023, under sections 64 and 65 of the Environment Protection Act 2019.
The NT EPA’s assessment process concluded that the proposed action could be carried out in a manner that is environmentally acceptable, subject to the conditions in the draft environmental approval.
