Public registers
Where contamination is regulated by the NT EPA, all information including any regulatory notices issued and audit reports received for a parcel of land (if any) will be provided on the Public Register.
The Public Register is a legislated requirement and provides transparency to the public on our decision making and regulatory enforcement activities under the Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998.
