Statutory notice (3 September 2021)
The NT EPA published a statutory notice on 3 September to invite public comment on a referral for standard assessment, submitted by Ucha Pty Ltd (Cleveland Agriculture) to clear 4,898.52 hectares of native vegetation on Ucharonidge Station, Pastoral Lease 1072 (NT Portion 307), for improved pasture and fodder production in the Barkly Region, NT. Interested persons were invited to make a submission by 30 September 2021. The NT EPA published the notice in accordance with regulation 52(1) of the Environment Protection Regulations 2020.
