Environment protection licences and approvals
The NT EPA maintains public registers of environment protection approvals and licences granted under the Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998.
The NT EPA also publishes waste discharge licences granted by the Controller of Water Resources under the Water Act 1992.
Environmental approvals granted by the Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Water Security following an environmental impact assessment conducted by the NT EPA can be viewed on the Environmental approvals page.
