ABM Resources NL
ABM Resources NL proposes to construct and operate the Twin Bonanza Gold Mine Project approximately 527 km west of Tennant Creek and 14 km east of the Northern Territory and Western Australia Border.
In May 2013, the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) decided that the project requires assessment under the NT Environmental Assessment Act at the level of Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The project is a controlled action under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) and is being assessed through an accredited assessment process. The relevant controlling provision is listed threatened species and communities (section 18 and 18A).
