Dover Investments Pty Ltd
Dover Investments Pty Ltd proposes to develop an eastern expansion to the inner city Darwin suburb of Bayview. The Project is "Bayview – The Boulevarde" and when complete will establish up to 1,100 dwellings housing a population of approximately 2,500 residents.
The Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) has decided that the Bayview – The Boulevarde development requires assessment under the Environmental Assessment Act and the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 at the level of Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and is being assessed under the bilateral agreement between the NT and Australian Governments.
