Intrapac Projects Pty Ltd
Intrapac Projects Pty Ltd proposes to develop Noonamah Ridge Estate approximately 36 km south-east of Darwin, NT. The residential subdivision would create 4200 residential lots, two local town centres and an enterprise area . In April 2014, the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) decided that the project requires assessment under the NT Environmental Assessment Act at the level of Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
The draft EIS was available for public exhibition between 28 November 2015 and 19 February 2016.
The making of Assessment Report 82 and providing it to the Minister marks the completion of the examination of the final EIS by the NT EPA.
