Statutory notice 6 October 2021
The NT EPA published a statutory notice on 6 October 2021 to invite public comment on a referral for standard assessment, submitted by KTT Investment Pty Ltd to develop the Lot 07651, Town of Darwin (25 Gilruth Avenue, The Gardens) into accommodation for tourism, consisting of beachfront and lagoon villas, a hotel, serviced apartments, dining facilities, a market, function centre, bar and recreation facilities.
Interested persons were invited to make a submission by 2 November 2021. The NT EPA published the notice in accordance with regulation 52(1) of the Environment Protection Regulations 2020.

One submission was received in relation to the referral and has been withheld from publication in accordance with regulation 269 of Environment Protection Regulations 2020.
